I wish I'd zoomed that final panel out with Masek more, or made the penultimate panel a wideshot to show Duane walking towards the flung jawbone. Everyone's a little nebulously placed at the end. Oh, crap, actually, I could show the jawbone distantly on the floor in the penultimate panel. Why didn't I do that. I will go back and do that :U

Tonight’s been a tough one for Duane’s ego hasn’t it. First justifying and reinforcing his faith by showing him children that he cannot save and then forcing him to acknowledge that in the eyes of that same faith he is a damned monster.
Both Quigs and Duane are representative of most of the men I've had relationships with, in that i spend my time either wanting to strangle them or fuck them, without much in between.
