I got caught up on the website, but wanted to comment on this section. Such a long awaited reevaluation for Duane, and lovely writing. "God is unattainable by transaction ... and are richer for it." If you started a religion with this as its only tenet, I think I'd sign up. You made me cry. Again.

Yeah, that's an idea. It'll depend what the pagecount is for this book. One extra page can turn into four extra pages, and this will already be an incredibly lengthy graphic novel.
I agree with you on preferring the website version. Perhaps you could try making the last panel of page 3 here just its own page? That would replicate the sinking blackness effect somewhat, at least in that specific instance.
