He understands and appreciates it better than his CO here, but doesn't have much hope of convincing him of it. The Ssaelit and Soud (blonde caste) are in some dire straits at home. This whole mission was meant to salve some of that, but it looks like it may make it even worse.
Blame Ricker! You can also blame poor communication between two begrudgingly allied parties that don't trust each other enough to fully share their intelligence. But we'll get into that later.

It's not sweet, it's honest. I read a lot. Like a crazy lot. Lately everything I read, especially genre, just comes up short after Unsounded. This may be the best thing I've ever read, certainly the best comic. I only wish I could make more people aware of it.

I try to keep it unobtrusive :) If I was independently wealthy somehow and didn't need to try and make a living off this, I don't think I'd sell books at all!

Right now my plan is to run a fundraising Kickstarter for more print books after chapter 17 is finished. It's just too much work to do print books and the webcomic at the same time, haha, I think I got too old for it. But yes, if the KS is successful, we'll see more books. For now, volumes 1 and 3 are still in stock in the shop :)
I'm not sure this is the appropriate place for this question, but are any more books in the works? I've read volume 3 so many times the binding is coming loose (this extra sucks because it contains the signed Quiqley bookplate). I wouldn't mind a second copy. And I really wouldn't mind a volume 4 and 5!! I know everything has gotten more expensive,and while I'm far from rich, Unsounded books are something I'd be more than willing to spend money on.
