Unsolicited opinion, but i think you made the right choice- based on what you posted the panel was gonna be really small (looks like it basically took up the same space as the sfx in the bite panel) so the moment of relief wouldn't really have time to register for us. I def see what you were goin for and im not sayin anything ya dont know but like.. confirming 'good call imo' (still glad we got to see it tho)

It went right before Bloedlus' bite, and I dunno, I thought it made Toma look a bit derpy to smile, thinking he'd made it through, and then immediately have Pant get bitten. I don't ultimately know if it was better to cut it or not, just did my best :)
