These three pages together are just *chefs kiss* mwah. I am just giddy with the irony that the Alds came here to kill the Queen, and got hit by the Etalarche so hard that when they had their target in front of them, they didn't even recognize her. If anything in this comic can demonstrate the power and danger of the Etalarche curse, this is the peak example. Brilliant writing, brilliant art. I also just love the expressions on the Alds here-- the crazy grin, the overly-dramatic plat pointing at Ruck.
