When any ghosts injure each other, they're just knocking memories around, since that's all ghosts are. Boo's alignment shouldn't matter here because in spite of what Sette F was lamenting, the girls are NOT all eels. So being stabbed by Boo would have felt like a horrendous and confusing jolt, and it certainly did knock memories out, and knock First Sette back on her tail for a minute.
