Absolutely! Boo is the manifestation (symbolically) of the joy and happiness and unconditional love and kindness and heroism that Sette just doesn't really understand she has inside of her. She is not just a Frummagem rogue or a busted villain or even Tiddybird's mysterious and malfunctioning little magical creation. She's her whole self, multi-faceted and human!
