Spent the day starting to build the website which includes designing The Red Cost logo and all that graphic design stuff I'm really terrible at lol kill me. I might take a break from it tomorrow to write a little piece for next week. Always thought the Leysa and Duane story where they first meet needs a sequel, and it's helpful to get back inside my Alds' heads.

Well, in their way, Bastion and Lem are both antagonists so we can be fine with them tormenting each other. No guilt! And yeah, Leysa and Duane's relationship ended a long time before the story ever started, so all we get to see are those bonus bits. Everything inside the comic is too sad :(

Toma and Elka are so CUTE together! My brain seems to switch on a dime tho cuz I'm also more ok with seeing Lem get fucked than I thought? Hmmm. Curious. Anyway-- yaaay I'm so happy to hear ur doing more Duane and Leysa content! Weirdly enough, it feels like a lot of their best stuff lives in your prose and little asides? Other than that office desk one "knocked naughties with their marriage brands still sizzling" is also incredibly vivid.

I love the Emil/Elka(Tela) stuff because it's sexy but also really cute and fun and sweet, which is how I imagine them together anyway. I feel like they're going to be a couple who laughs a lot together.

Love the Elka/Toma piece Ash! And I am thoroughly amazed and invigorated at how offputting the Bastion/Lem pic is to me. Plod fuckdolls are not something I ever wanted to envision but its in my head now and I have to deal with it lol.

Yeah... but I ain't puttin' that on me wall. :D I've always loved Corel Draw for logos and related stuff, and I'm not even Canadian. Doing it with vectors feels natural and flips the right switches in my brain to get in that... weirdly specific zone. 'snot bloody cheap though.
