When MC dies in Newlywed what should happen?

So this is not a big task to write them. Or do you want to use your fantasy of what could have happened after MC dies?

Don't get the point of continue the story with dead MC. The point of alive MC is to make choices and how I intervene. otherwise it will be just watching a kinetic novel without u being part of it.

I think you should get the option to finish watching as a ghost with day 14 where you leave the Earth to join the realms of the dead.

I think the main focus should be on the living MC, but I am not against it. Do you still plan to add random events after the wedding in the future?
