Hi Harry! Michael here. My process is pretty straightforward: whatever section of the show I decide to cut, I'll isolate just that segment in my timeline and export it to a mp3 file. I'll continue to do that as I edit the rest of the show, and by the end I'll have 5 or 6 mp3 files of the raw cutting room floor segments. I'll then import those into my cutting room floor template which includes the intro and outro music, line them up in order, and then export the entire thing one final time as the full Cutting Room Floor episode. I’m curious as to how you do these cutting room floor things. When I’m editing on Audacity, the things I remove just go away. How do you retain them, and string them together?
