Which do you like better?

I dont have anything planned for that tbh, not sure what you could do for that hmmm.. The pits themselves will no longer exist, they will be replaced with something that looks like a sandpit essentially, if you get too close to the center the wormgirl will eat you.

ah, no more mystery monster in the pits. cool. will there be something for falling behind of the camera scrolling too?

That would be possible sure! And yeah shes for raadd, she is gonna replace all the pits :P
why not use different colors based on biome? i assume this is for raadd

Going by this I think the lighter one could use a little more detail and yea lighter one can be a surface/outdoor type while the darker one a underground/cave type.

For me, logic dictates a lot of my views, so being said, the lighter skinned one should make the most sense since it's underground and not in sunlight for long periods of time. But the darker one just looks better and really nice looking, so I'll throw my vote in for that one.
