Ironically, after saying I'm taking a break I had one of my biggest eating days in about a week. Without the pressure to feel like I have to grow, I actually enjoyed eating and enjoyed a lot of it. I'm not complaining about it...

Enjoyment is the whole point. Don't lose sight of that. The fact that you look so GOOD enjoying a sensually gut-busting over-feeding is just frosting on the cake... or syrup on the pancakes... or cream cheese on the bagel... or extra cheese on the pizza...
