December Update
🕑 Added 2018-12-17 05:45:28 +0000 UTC Content this month will be backloaded, by which I mean much more from here on out since it's been light so far for December.The good news is that Adam is visiting for two weeks and we just got back from the grocery store and it was the biggest haul of my life. We don't do feedings together, but he's going to be cooking and keeping snacks handy so we should see quick progress with his help.
And since I'm back to feeling normal I'm going to be more candid than my usual self. It was pretty much straight up crippled with depression for a while; my phone is a graveyard of neglected notifications which will be my project this week to work through.
I guess I'm just sharing all this in case someone else is going through something similar. What really helped me was getting out of my routine. I went to a painting place and then had my Secret Santa party with friends and then a couple drop talks with my family to pull myself from the murky depths. I'll upload a picture of the painting tomorrow, it's wonderful...
So, short story long, thanks for being cool guys and on a plus side, I'm up to 242 now. Thanks depression time snackage 🙃😎

Thanks guys, it means more than you know! While the descent is gradual, whenever I break free of the tentacles I fly back to the surface pretty quickly. It's so funny how things change, like today I was shaving and I had the thought 'wow, this is so easy!' and it really caught me off-guard. Then I remembered last week while I almost gave up halfway through shaving because it felt like it was an insurmountable amount of effort required. But, it's all about perspective. You can't appreciate the views from the peaks until you've been lost in the valleys.

Hope that you get through this tough time eventually; and resume life in better shape for the coming new year man. Don’t worry about feeding us content all the time if you’re not doing too well; take some time off and realign yourself before resuming! No pressure. Take care!!
