Gaining in the Mountains

Second, I'm excited that I'm back into a lifting/gaining routine and it's already making a difference. Despite some serious soreness in the gym, I'm glad to be back lifting and eating big. It's a simple change, but the structure it provides makes the whole gaining routine so much more fun and easy. This was after eating big with the OvrDrive appetite stimulants and then afterwards collapsing into bed and laying there for a few hours afterwards before rolling out of bed to brush my teeth and get ready for bed.
