Constructing the Ball Gut: Part 1
🕑 Added 2021-12-19 17:59:20 +0000 UTCI've had a little cold but I'm about 95% better now. It gave me time to get a couple videos uploaded which was nice. The weight is still in the 290's so I'm glad for that despite not eating a bunch over the past few days.
With the end of year push here, tomorrow I'm starting a 5k a day calorie goal for the next two weeks to take us into 2022 and it will be my heaviest start to a year, ever.
This video was getting stuffed and then inflating the gut to max out its roundness.
