🕑 Added 2017-09-29 16:18:05 +0000 UTC • 2 oz. (60ml) Gin• 0.75 oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz. (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
• 5 Fresh Raspberries
• 1/2 egg white
Shake with ice, strain out ice, dry shake with egg white, pour into chilled coupe glass

Nice! Yeah I do like the dry vermouth variant a bit more myself, but had it when both the vermouth and syrup were fresh. I can see myself just doing the simple version at home in the future. As for gins, I'd go with any London dry
I made both versions. I do like the simple version with fresh raspberries a little more. Reason is it feels more fresh and vibrant. The syrup version is good the first couple of days when you just made it but after a while I then find the flavour a bit more stale. Which other gins can you recommend if you don't have the one your using?
