Good call! Any in particular you like?
Love the infusion technique. Have you ever heard of a device called a Microfluidizer? It's a machine that reduces particle size, basically using 30,000psi and shear force. Using one to combine oil and another liquid for example reduces the particle sizes of both to sub-micron levels and the oil-liquid mixture will never separate. I've always thought it would make super cool cocktails.
