quite a while ago i did that, was based on BVH files but with a lot of editing. I might have a go at one totally by hand soon.

The pole dance is amazing. All hand keyframed? I found animating the rotation of person atom to be really difficult. Great work!

she is in so many positions in that animation that it needs more lights, i could have some turn on and off as needed though so will go over it again soon. Id like to redo a lot of the lighting as its got a bit messy, but would take ages as its all on so many triggers. They are all spot lights so dont hit fps too hard. i think its better to leave lights on 6 all the time as they only get used if they are in the scene, and the scene will look awful if you dont and it has them.

One of the top scenes just keeps getting better and better! Super hot in VR! New for me is The Standing Area in Hotel uses a lot of lights and if Pixel Light Count is set to anything lower than 6 it just doesn't look right (entire walls will be lit up). All other areas look amazing with just 3 Pixel Light Count for me. Which got me wonder what your target Pixel Light Count "setting" is for this scene as a minimum?
