🕑 Added 2015-07-17 03:57:07 +0000 UTC Duane's definitely seen that critter before, though in a slightly different, more gargantuan form.I had huuuge problems with colours clashing as I began this action scene here. It'll get better as we go along, but I hadn't yet struck a balance between Duane's green and the Eel's red, which is too cool here. Eventually I figured out I needed to push it more orange for a more harmonious mix. This page will need some colour correcting before it's printed.
I did have a beta reader confused by Duane's spell, which is a tricky one. He's applying and redirecting the Momentum of that falling boulder to himself so he can fly in for his dramatic rescue. Then he heroically chin-plants.
