A flavour glamour? It's an interesting idea, and probably could be done with the same method used to do visual glamours. But like a visual glamour I think the person would require the part of their anatomy that allows them to discern the illusion. For instance, a visual glamour doesn't work on Matty because he doesn't have functioning eyes. So a flavour glamour wouldn't work on Duane because he doesn't have taste buds.

question: can pymaric take an aspect of flavor and make an illusion out of it? so someone with no sense of taste, like duane (IIRC) can find what something tastes like?
