It's not safe at all and he knows it. He's going to get spotted by the Black Tongues on the next page but no worries. Bastion's expecting it so he's prepared.
Why do I love Bastion so much??? (It's NOT just that he's super easy on the eyes and usually naked. I swear.) But should HE be offsetting if the Khert lines are being monitored? It doesn't seem super safe. Can they yank him out like a memory? Or do they need to be physically where he is and have their special knife?
