Well, Bastion could have freed him, no? But Bastion was also only a kid and was terrified of Delicieu. Cutter doesn't think much of either of these facts though.

Quality callout from Prakhuta here. "My name is Bastion Winalils and I'm SOOOOOO SAAAAAAD." Bastion's one of my favorites honestly but he mighta had that one coming. Though if Prakhuta's talking about the pain graft in the last panel, that seems a little unfair. Didn't he want the procedure at the time? It's not like Bastion stood idly by while he was subjected to it against his will, right?
