You sound similar to me and some that I know. I’ve come to learn that, including for myself, we can be our own worst or harshest critics. Demanding or expecting perfection can become exhaustive and mentally destructive. Remember your worth, always remember that You Are Enough.

I'm not sure there is a specific method or approach. Different models say different things about what the they are trying to do at any given time. Keep learning as much as you can from as many models and photographers as you can. You will develop your own style. 🫂🫂🫂❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
