As humans, we tend to want what we don’t have. Life is best in balance, never too much of any one thing. When imbalanced, negative outcomes result. You will find this to be universal for people, with health, relationships, work, diet/exercise, etc., but also in every other aspect of life and existence. Even the solar system, the universe, exists because of balancing forces, of gravity, speed/momentum, heat/density.
