Guys, you are missing the Talia thing. She just lost weight, a guy like that would typically never go after her. She knew she would never be the end game for him and insecurities set in- hence the waffling at the beginning of the reveal. Now, eventually he would have worn thin with the beta make tendencies but 100% of the time, she would have chosen this guy. Sad to say, but she still has major insecurities ( big girl ) and needs a 5 or 6 guy and not a 8-9 looking guy. JMHO

I think Brandon didn't find the comment funny. It's because he really like Talia and she was so wishy washy. I think there was something there, they just needed to go out and get to know each other better. Sometimes you need to know someone a little more. Maria could have been good for him also, but Brandon was kind of stuck on Talia and just didn't notice what was really going on. I've had that happen to me and I really missed out on a great woman.
