September's File set/Announcements
🕑 Added 2021-08-31 02:44:07 +0000 UTCAnother month, another set of files~ But unlike last month, which was an unmitigated disaster, I bring new things, and not hospital food, but before all that, the usual announcements, which is mostly gumroad stuff now~
This is the last couple of days for getting the Base Sturgeon Kit/Koi kit/Monopose Hindsight/and the two guest models from Crucible: The 2Pi shadow Piper and the 2Pi Sphyrna PPR Dropship (8mmScale) which is arguably a lot of content~
And for all you gumroad folks, I'll be pulling this months codes and swapping them out for the new codes around midnight PST Sept 1st, and I'll have a post up on the patreon for Septembers codes~

So September release~ I'm really pleased with the Kaluga model, which is good as I've been looking forward to it since the Starfish~ This also rounds out the Sturgeon Trio, and as something that I wanted to...fix...since I started doing this, I am very pleased with the final set, now I think there are a few things I'd tweak and change with some of the things in the overall trio, but that's for later days, I'm gonna be content with it for now. I hope you guys like this one too, and I can't wait to see the first trio set in the wild~ Along side the Kaluga, I will also be packaging and releasing the first set of drones. So now they'll all be together and not all over the place. This set includes the gun/shield/missile/missile shield/and burst drones~ As always the Raw STL files will go up around the 3rd or 4th of Sept, and the supported/pre-plated files will go up once I have the supported files back and tested from Atlas~
There's 2 and 4 arm options/full/half/and no wing, and a set of triggerfish engines options. There's also a hand full of heads and other bits, so there's some flexibility. And most of these secondary pieces are compatible with the beluga/Base Sturgeon so *please* mix and match. I will also be starting to include some monopose pieces for some of the more complicated pieces (In one pose, specifically the hovering pose you see in the renders) and I intend to *slowly* go through the older models and add some monoposed pieces as well.

Now as for the next model, I'll be working through the one of two real big kids. Now on the little schedule I have up on the discord, I've allotted myself 2 months of modeling time over the usual 1. Now I'm not 100% on if I'll actually need all this time, but I'd much rather be on the safer side of things~ That said the release will probably be split, and I'm gonna see if I can do some things on the side for the interim~ Think quadmech, with a twin pilot cockpit. similar upper form to the Beluga, same inner frame stylings as the sturgeon, and of course the big kid guns. I'm pretty excited, but I'm also a little nervous about it xD
Last month was a lot, but I can happily say that this month was a lot of fun mech wise~ Thanks as always,

The Kaluga is amazing! It's what got me to pledge. The upcoming quad mech sounds really cool as well. Two related questions: 1. If you're setting two months aside to work on the new mech, will there be a Patreon model release next month? 2. Are you planning on doing a re-release of any other kits like you did for the Koi and Sturgeon soon?

That is a lovely model, probably my favorite out of all your battlesuit releases. I think it will be my first print on my Saturn!
