Getting all the posed bits setup, and working through the more armored Base frame~
There will be a lot of ways to build this x'D Ran a few test prints of the armored one as airbrush practice, and just to make sure some of the bits will print ok~
I've got a few more pieces to get through, and an alt head set for the more armored one, but I'm almost done x'D

So the FishMech was kind of a placeholder name that just kinda stuck. I didn't have a lot of the themes planned out in the beginning so the unit names stuck with the aquatic theme of the initial source stuff. I needed something to denote them that wasn't just "mech" so I started calling them FishMech in my head and it just kinda stuck. Whereas the VoidCrafted naming was planned~ They are two distinct factions. I'd say not in the same Universe but I'm also awful at world building/crafting. I just model the neat stuff and let folks come up with their own headcanons~ ~Pipes

I have an ignorant question, but I'm curious. I'm new to both a specific tabletop war game and also to PiperMakes. I understand who the FishMechs were supposed to be a proxy of, and I greatly prefer them over the originals. But why were they called FishMechs? Besides some of the drones, nothing about them struck me as inherently nautical. Am I missing a pun? Also, I don't have any idea what the VoidCraft are supposed to be proxies for, but I've also picked up on the fact that we're not supposed to talk specifics. Are the VoidCraft and FishMechs intended to be different factions of the same army, or completely separate armies?

Really liking the sleek & stylish vibe these have. Gonna run them as combat drones piloted by a gestalt AI/NHP.
