[April Release] Lorcor [LOR] Lord Class VoidFrame

No preplates on this one yet, and I'm still figuring out how I want to do them with there being so much variance in the kits.
(And I won't be getting to them for a little bit as I'm taking a little jaunt up to Texas with some family for the eclipse)
The Vacarsield Turret is now also in the Vacarsield kit, so if you have that and want the little turret guy, he's there now~
AS ALWAYS hit the little Check for new items in your downloads library and that should pull things into your library if they aren't already there~

Good morning everyone~!
First of all thanks for the patience with this release, it was an involved one and I'm really pleased with how the base has worked out~ I got to try a handful of new things, and I hope that I've made a decent platform with which to work off of for future variants of this guy~ There were a few things I couldn't really get to work how I wanted, and I'l go back eventually when I've got more of the VC under my belt, stuff like two handing the swords (way to much clipping currently to make work in a way I'm pleased with, and some form of held modular gun. (Same issue as with the 2 handing sword.) I'll revisit these later but for now I want to work on some other things xD Stare at something for two months and you start goin a little stir crazy xD
It also becomes hard to showcase everything in about 10 renders so what's shown here is a very small sample size, and I'm sure some of you will come up with some wild stuff and I look forward to seeing that~

As always raw files go up on the fourth of the month (April 4th, 2024) and Atlas is currently working on the pre-supports for this kit, and hopefully with any luck I'll have the supported files back before the 4th, and I'll update this post when the raw files go live on PWG and again when I have the supported files up~
Next month is going to be the first VC themed transport, and I'm big excited about that one~ (Initial concept at the end)

I kind of partially agree. On the one hand, Pipermakes has proven a few times that they're a top tier designer, and I trust their instinct, but the tank/transport doesn't quite inspire me like the rest of the range does. I'm willing to trust in the pipes and see it in person first though.

Heya Pipes, another amazing release. Just one question though; on the discord you had 3 skull heads (different upper face bits) for the kit. Did the other two get dropped in the end?

Im loving all your designs and the sheer range. I just thought this faction was analagous of the Eldar, but the new bug tank seems very far removed from their aesthetic and design. The rest of the stuff is recognisable as a replacement. I love the bug tank but i dont think it fits the theme.

Look dope! Especially those hollow sword, Great job :) For the transport I had an idea of a sort of tank with a big portal sitting in the back. You could also have portal gun or maker, mounted on vehicle or aircraft, which could be used to spawn fixed portal on the battlefield and unit could jump across the portal to zoom across the battlefield. The gubbin stuff for the aracort would be sort of "artillery shell" portal. You could have a all faction with portal everywhere to zoooom across the battlefield. Portal! portal π Portal π Here, I hope that it can give idea π
