Glad to hear you are feeling better. Your personal health is important. As for suggestions, I'm pretty much down for anything. I really enjoy what you've done with the Genshin characters so far and swimsuits would also be cool. Slim, thicc, busty or even muscles. All work, haha. Feel free to expand or broaden outwards a bit :) And yeah, to follow Kusinwolf and Mr16Bits, the theme suggestion could be fun as well.

Echoing what others have said, health is your priority because being dead won't allow you to produce any beautiful piece of work. After that, I like Mr16Bits' idea of monthly themes. This way you're less likely to get stuck in a rut of "I'm only drawing X" or "It's always just this". It allows you to expand your skills and find something you enjoy doing more easily. If you have troubles coming up with themes, you can always ask for suggestions. :)

Glad you are doing better, in general I like your art, if you want to change it up maybe do an monthly theme? One you do slender girl, one is all about swimsuits, so on and so on? At the end of the day you should draw what you like the most
