What a year it's been... the support "Breeding island" got this past year has been immense to the point i'm thinking on making a final Part 3 of the series! or let me know any suggestions you have on what you'd like to see this upcoming year!
I have also been thinking on sticking to the "sexy horror" genre type of games, but any suggestions are welcome and will definitely impact the way I go forwards! maybe you'd like to see the same characters of "Breeding Island" in a more "slice of life"/"Casual" type of game?

Why do you need another realistic game? They were done more than necessary by the developers, even the good ones suffer from a lack of attention, support and constant criticism. Why do you need another such game?

I think you've done well in a non-realistic setting, if the next game were to be slice of life or realistic setting it could work but I also feel like it could limit the story a lot. It's hard to say though I like breeding island but moving onto a new game eventually could keep things fresh too.
