Minor niggle: they were probably just using the 1394a/FireWire cables and ports but not the FireWire 400 protocol itself. :) (400 megabit FireWire interconnect for gigabit switches?) Still a really odd choice.

thanks! a Sony ZV-E10. did a bunch of practice before this video but I still have some focus issues to iron out. definitely getting better the more I use it though
