EDIT: There was an issue with the ZIP before that made it not run properly. We've rezipped the file on Mac and it should work now! Let us know if there's any other issues!

I figured it out, but now when i try to pan around the space, it's like the view is locked on something, like a trippy cinematography action scene where it disorients the audience

Alright now it opened, but i am unable to navigate the 3d space as i did in the regular blender app. im using a wacom tablet and im currently trying to figure it out in the preferences settings

Im new here and wanted to try this new engine, but im not able to open it on my mac. It says that the mac system doesnt recognize the user, DillonGoo, basically. Help please

Found the issue! Currently Goo Engine only works with OpenGL, so you'll have to switch the GPU backend to OpenGL in your preferences!

Changing the render settings stops it from crashing constantly on the last version. I'll let you know what happens on the new release. Thanks for the help!

Please note that if this helps you might have to switch the render settings in Goo Engine to OpenGL since you have a intel. The other one I believe uses the metal render setting that utilizes the builtin GPU in the ARM based chips in new Macs. M1, M2 etc.

Hey just wondering did you go into system preference > security and privacy > general tab - under this tab you should see "allow apps downloaded from". To the right of that you should see Goo engine and click button that reads open anyway.

I can't get it to open on my Intel Mac. When opening the application, it just says "The application 'Goo Engine' can't be opened. Please help, I'd love to be able to use this build
