The Dragon's Rest

You clip one of the plugs into the base of the tile. The one I prefer to use is Essentials - Dragon Drops\Tool\DD Plug Tabbed v01

G3D

OK im feeling a little silly now. I dont know if im missing something. Once i have the DD levels made do the floors just sit on top or do they attach some how?

The Dragon's Rest

Essentials - Dragon Drops\Tools\Grids

G3D

Where do i find the grid section that the rooms sit on please?

G3D

Thank you.

The Dragon's Rest

It's the Chasm in the Terror in the Tundra set https://dragons.rest/products/hq04-terror-in-the-tundra-bundle

G3D

Iv just had a request for this can anyone tell me where the files are now?

Bernhard Jaeger

Fantastic Work. As always printed immediately. Could you tell me where this cornered stairs are to find?

Colin

Ah amazing! I’ve already fully printed the ice cave and I’m really impressed with it. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

The Dragon's Rest

Hey Colin, the outdoor scene is the Carve Entrance in Upgrade Set - HQ04 Terror In The Tundra\TT Ice Cave Entrance. Ice floors and slide are coming this month with the hideaway and final middle room next month :)

Colin

Any thoughts or plans on you doing the rest of the tiles that you get in the Frozen Horror expansion pack, like the slippery ice floors, the outdoor scene, the Frozen Horror final room tile, the goblins hideaway and the ice slides? Obviously you’ve done the cage room and ice chasm which are superb.

Diego Montefusco

thank you very much!

The Dragon's Rest

Hey Diego, Upgrade Set - HQ01 Pre-Built Board Does replace the old version. The main difference is just the new style clip holes and clip holes added for the Dragon Drop plugs to the floor tiles. The folder is also organised to make printing the board as easy as possible - If you're following the build guide in there you can just work your way through folders 01-06 printing each of the files

Diego Montefusco

I'm very new here and still a bit confused about how all the files are organized in drop box. If I'm understanding the post correctly, the folder "Upgrade Set - HQ01 Pre-Built Board" now completely replaces the previous version, correct? Thanks to anyone who can answer.

Justin Meighan

Thank you, I found it. The stairs works/fit perfectly. The Dragon Drops are an excellent addition, thank you! I had an idea to drill tiny holes in the DD bases, and then connect a small smoke machine. I'm hoping the end result will be smoke filtering out between the walls/floor tiles.

The Dragon's Rest

They're the Dragon Drop Level pieces in Essentials - Dragon Drops\Tools\Levels You can print a level to match the size of a room then place it underneath. The corridors hold the Level piece in place and then a couple of DD Plugs connected to the room to lock it into the Level.

Mike Smith

Thanks for the info. What are the wall pieces to make the board raised up.

The Dragon's Rest

Hey Justin, the ones on the side are from the modular stairs set in Essentials - Dungeon\X- UPDATING -X\Modular Stairs DUN ModStairs 30mm Left A v01 & DUN ModStairs Landing Cnr A v01

Justin Meighan

Hey, Im trying the find the model for the stairs to work with this Dragon Drop design shown in the post, does anyone know where the file is located? Thanks.

The Dragon's Rest

That is just Quarter 4 in of the HeroQuest board build with one of the rooms replaced with the chasm :)

Mike Smith

Do you have a build guide for this yet?

Frank L Turfler

makes me want to convert my whole board to Dragon Drop

Buuteheweun

Absolutely fantastic, thanks!!

The Dragon's Rest

I've just added the Overlay versions to the 000 New Files ;)

Buuteheweun

I'm loving this! Just wish there was a way to use these on a pre-built heroquest board without having to swap out tiles. Do I just slice off the bottom so I can lay it on top of the board?

David Massey

FANtastic.........
