Some probably will. As I said above, what the votes mean is that the winning choice will 100% be in the game, they don't mean the losing choices won't.

I haven't. I'll look into it. The problem I'm having is that I translated, or changed something that was involved in a script call. RPG Maker does not allow one to easily track these. Add in that the scripts are entirely Japanese, well, it compounds the problem. In a fit of rage this morning, I simply started pasting stuff from the original version to try and figure out what went wrong. I, of course, screwed it up further. Granted, I backed it all up, so no harm. It does mean that I'm pretty sure I'll have to manually re-input my changes into RPG Maker. That won't take nearly the amount of time as creating it, but it is more than a simple copy/paste. I'll post v0.99 this evening unless a miracle occurs and v1.0 is ready to go.

First, the prison events don't have to be "generic." Second, tropes exist for a reason, because a lot of the time, they are awesome. I've seen waitress events in a number of games, but somehow, I never tire of them. Just as I don't think I'll ever tire of certain prison events. I'll do my best to make it a unique experience.

Also, as an aside, the votes were so evenly split which means some of the scenarios suggested are good ideas and could be used later in the game.

With regard to the hypno vote, I don't think anyone here thinks he'd actually be successful but it could be funny to see him try. Also it could be used to set up lore in the world for truly powerful people to be able to use hypnotic powers. It could just be comic relief and foreshadowing. Like maybe she goes along with it just to see what he is trying, then bops him in the head... All sorts of fun stuff could happen. Can't wait to see!

Hey I am also a coder and have had the unfortunate experience of losing or mixing up a version. Have you tried using github ? If you know how to use it, it's so bloddy useful.

Bleh, I was hoping for some mysterious swamp events while looking for the guy instead of generic "Fuck a prison guard" seen everywhere, but 3/4 is still nice I guess :3

Does Bogwort even KNOW hypnotism? Seems a bit silly. More so than what I'd expect even from Bogwort...I'm a bit disappointed with that choice winning the vote, but I trust in your skills to make the scenario plausible and not too far-fetched, Yummy.
