Status Update
🕑 Added 2016-09-14 23:30:53 +0000 UTC Hello everyone!I debated whether to say anything, but with the progress chart as close as it is, I felt that I probably should. Plus, I had a few people tell me awhile back they'd rather I post a message than just remain quiet.
Progress has been extremely slow this week. My son got sick this weekend and early this week, which delayed things as I'm the one who watches him when he can't go to daycare most of the time. Now, I'm fucking sick with the same thing. Got exceedingly sore muscles, a fever, chills every now and then, and feel somewhat weak. Since I hate lying in bed, I'm still tinkering with things, but not in any effective capacity. Based on the kid's sickness, I should be back to normal in a day or two... ugh.
I'm telling you, despite the past year, I'm usually a fairly healthy person. I chalk it up to having a kid going to daycare. For those without kids, just wait until you have that little disease-monger bringing home the plague on a daily basis! That's my excuse, well, that and microwave pizza... which I didn't eat! I swear!
As for the game itself, I'll update the progress chart this weekend. There is 1 CG, sound and the final playthrough. Even with all this, I think I'll probably finish the final CG later this week. We'll see. One thing is for sure, I swear this is not a situation where things will take another 3 months to finish, the progress chart should be fairly exciting at this point!

I told you what would happen if you work while being sick... If its influenza you cant just shrug it off, do what doc tells you and rest until you are fully healed. Your work efficiency is probably shit anyway in your current state.

Thanks for the well wishes! Doubt there will be anymore revamped teasers, as I'm saving stuff for the release. For those worried about spoilers, don't worry too much, I've kept a lot of stuff from you guys, so it should be exciting.

Good suggestion, never though about the olive oil! That's a great idea. I don't do those crappy microwave pizzas often, I just saw one months ago and thought it looked decent. Thing is, with stuff like that, it almost always is not worth it after you eat it.

Already feeling quite a bit better today. Still have the fever, but my muscles are not even close to as stiff/sore today. Hopefully, that is a good sign.

Hopefully you recover as fast as your child. Normally my daughter recovers a lot faster than me. If she is sick for 2 days it's about 4 days for me if I catch the same.
I know the feeling, I've been sick everytime this year from my child going to daycare....

Rather you rest up and get better mate. Not saying I ain't glad that you're working while sick but rather know you're well and working at your best. But on a brighter note...at least it ain't pneumonia( Had it last month...not fun)

I go with a nanny for exactly this reason. This is also why I am poor and my pledge is much lower than that what you deserve. :-)

Doesnt sound like anything serious but you should probably rest for 2-3 days. Working while being sick just makes the recovery longer and may result in complications.

I highly recommend to not microwave old pizza, what you should do is take a pan, a bit of olive oil, and heat the pizza slice on medium on the stove. Takes a bit longer but the pizza will taste like it's fresh. Also, kids in a day care are the worst, no immune system and perched together in badly ventilated rooms means it's a perfect breeding ground for any sort of disease known to man.
