if you sideloaded the plugin into Emby in the past, then you should remove the plugin you sideloaded (from the Emby plugins folder), then restart Emby and install the "RatingPosterDB" plugin from the Emby Plugins catalog in the app, you can find the plugin in the "General" category, after installing it you need to restart Emby again and go to the plugin settings to set it up
