Personally, I find a great deal of benefit in doing something like this. Not only will it, as you mentioned, help you flesh out the world more, but it will also give your patrons a glimpse into future work and give us the all imporant element of context to the work you will be doing. It's one thing to get the “Oh, more elves getting banged. Cool!” post, another to know they the characters are in the situation to begin with. I think it is a great idea Rexx, run with it.
