🕑 Added 2020-01-06 00:51:43 +0000 UTCDetails.... it's insane to think that there's roughly 7 hours of work behind this.... and my naive idea today was that I'll be able to finish all of them in 5, including the convoy lights and the exhaust 😂
Needless to say the wooden handles aren't finished yet, it's just a base coat. And the bolt cutters have their handles not even painted, but if everything goes well, those will be a real treat.
I guess I should've just painted all of them silver 😅

Actually I don't do anything with it, I brush it straight from the bottle. I just make sure to apply only one layer without going back over those parts which are already covered. It can make a messy surface, especially if you accidentally paint it over plastic parts. Or if you brush it in multiple uneven layers.

Great job as usual. One question came to my mind while I was watching last video, namely how do you use Mr. Metal Primer? I mean, do you thin it? If so with a lacquer thinner, or an isopropanol? How long do you wait before you put a paint on it? I've used it once and it was the fail of an epic proportion - sticky mess wich flooded down details and never fully dried.
