Night Shift

No probs mate. If you give each layer enough time to dry you won't damage it. A day is usually more than enough with enamels. With blended oil dots it's better to leave them sit for about 3 days.

Trooper

Thanks again Martin, I always thought too many layers of paint and varnish was (a) time consuming and (b) reduced detail....going to have to go back through one of your builds so I get the process right in my head...thanks for taking the time to reply and explain, looking forward to this Tiger build!

Night Shift

Never! 😁 Only after the initial airbrushing. Varnishing after every stage is the best way to make the model look really, and I mean really dull and boring.

Trooper

Thanks Martin, just one more question if I may...at what stages do you apply varnish to protect the different layers. After every stage? Or just before a possible change in medium ( say oil dots over acrylics for example....)
