got all the main welds done. For this tank I had to make 2 extra welding tools, so now I have a total of 4 for various types of weld beads πAnd I guess I'll include making one of them in the video.
Also made a few welds around details, because some of them will be partially covered with Zimmerit, There's still a ton missing but I'll add these later down the road.
I'll also smoothen the flame cut edge around the turret with dissolved putty. It won't be perfectly smooth as it should be, but it's a lesson learned as this definitely isn't my last Tiger! π And thanks for pointing it out Scott!
To finish off this night I marked some shell impacts with a pencil (larger circles are actual AP shell impacts, those smaller ones are rather shrapnel and spall marks). The only impact that's visible on the F13 photos is on the left side of the turret (behind the mantlet). It supposedly had several more on the remaining sides which aren't visible, so here I kinda took inspiration from other Tigers.
However what's important is to get a good nights sleep before I sculpt them. When I wake up, some of them might seem out of place, so it's better to think twice before you commit π

Oh c'mon, a toothpick with a piece of metal, for sale? π Don't worry, I filmed the process, it will be in the first part of the Tiger construction (in 2 weeks)

Would love to see how you made those tools, or would you consider making a set for a fee ? πππ
