Daily update

I used the same methods like in that tutorial video I posted last year, although for some impacts I used an electric rotary tool.
Sometimes impacts look good while they're just drawn in pencil, but once you sculpt them something will be off, just like that one filled impact on the gun sleeve, which was too symmetrical with the other one near the mantlet.
Anyway, it's now ready for the main event - ZIMMERIT
But first, let me make a video π½ π
I already have the raw footage prepared and luckily I'll be able to put it into some kind of narrative, although I'll need to shoot some extra material tomorrow.
Can't wait to start applying the Zimm, so hopefully the vid will be done in no time!

Night Shift
Yeah I used photos of other Tigers to get some inspiration for their placement, but other than that their size and shape is just guesswork. I made them small, or big enough to make them look somewhat okay (so that they don't look like "hey that one shot would've definitely killed the tank"). I guess I've done them so many times over the years that I just go with intuition. And I gotta say Plasmo got so much better over the past several months that I started watching him too. He's also my neighbor from Czech Republic π

Between you and Plasmo ( follow him on Patreon too) I donβt need to watch any other builds. I like Davidβs work for his sheers artistic approach, but I love yours for the detail and accuracy you put into each build and how you break it down into simple steps for Neanderthals like me π.....If I may I have one question, I know your building for reference and just curious, are they to scale, and if so how do you get them so?
