Well well well

Today I just added a few more shadow/dirt and also light effects on the turret, also added a very thin filter over the numbers to make them slightly lighter (like on the bw photos) but I also used some thinned acrylic filters (glazes?) over the dark yellow parts to make them slightly more german yellow, because they were quite off. I'll use this method more in the upcoming days to enhance the already existing chipping effects and then we'll work with that even more with fine chipping.
And hey I also weathered the inside of the cupola for no reason 😅
I think that'll do for today, it's time to put the video together.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Capitalism at its finest? 🤣 But seriously my dude - I've been going by this mantra for years: Get inspired, not discouraged. I used to compare myself to my idols, mainly Adam Wilder, when I was around 16-18, and yeah, it was very discouraging!

I do admire your attention to detail & the work you put in is inspiring....however as much I learn & enjoy your models it just makes me realise how bad mine are ....and i give you money to do this !!! I'm sending you my tools & complete stash !!!

Thanks Steve, I'm actually starting to think the model doesn't need that much extra chipping since it already looks quite gnarly. And then there are the tools and other details and after that, who knows, maybe just some little dusting here and there, slap the tracks on and call it quits? 😁

Honestly Martin if you put the tracks on now & called it finished I think it's a hell of a result. Good work. Shes a beautiful cat.
