Dirtyyyyy

I also started applying the Aqualine dust, but only managed to lay it down on the wheels and lower hull. Gave it a try on the glacis plate to see how it'll blend over the Zimmerit and well... it's not gonna be easy! The surface tension of the water and the jagged surface = impossible to create any fine dust streaks. But I guess that's another unique characteristic of this type of surface. I'll be probably able to get it done on the rest of the tank tomorrow. Oh and yeah, as you can already tell, the rear plate is gonna be intense. I'll add some speckled enamel dry mud over there to add more texture before proceeding with the darker damp tones.
And yeah, no real earth, grass or debris on this one... I don't think it would fit with the overall look.

Yes, but then it would start bubbling over the Zimmerit, so again it would be a pain. Turns out enamels also blend very hard and the easiest way is to blend them sideways... which won't really work if you wanna make streaking effects lol... but still creates some interesting effects.

Luckily I've been living in a quarantine for most of my life, being obsessed with models kinda does that to a person π€£ Thanks Steve, you stay safe as well!

Could you add a drop of washing-up liquid to your water to break the surface tension?
