I was shocked by how hard it was to do the things I used to on a daily basis. I get so wrapped up in how different my weight gain has made me look that I forget what I'm doing to myself is not purely a visual transformation. I've also changed my capabilities, the way my body moves, what it's able to do. It was shocking and embarrassing but also crazy hot realising that I couldn't manage even the simplest workout. 🥵😫
Best watched in low light, the video is a little dark for the gym grind ~aesthetics~.
