(I thought I commented on this before...) I'm not that big of a PNP person, so I prefer as simple as possible, and custom dice, while maybe not terrible, do up the complexity enough that I'd probably write up conversion tables instead.

If you allow 3D printers to be included as PnP. I don't mind doing dice....😬
