Captain, so I rewatched the episode again, and after thinking about it for awhile, I'm really going to have to reconsider my monthly pledge. I just didn't a see a good reason why 8 dollars a month is worth it... So I've bumped it up to 15! I only wish I would have done this sooner and maybe I would have had the chance to be an official Disillusion Agent :( I honestly don't know why there are not more people following you, you're great!

Thank you as always! I wanted to cover all bases with this video and give some down-to-earth as well as some technical debunking. Benny is our dearly departed bunny, the actual one seen in the video player. He died during the time this episode was being developed. Spartanburg is in South Carolina. I got the hat on Amazon and turned it into an official Sceptik hat through the use of a portable label maker. Maybe I should offer them in my web store :)

Simply brilliant as usual Captain D. I have no idea what you are saying when you start getting all technical and stuff, but it sure sounds good. I really like the parts where you state the stuff that someone with my brain could actually think through, like why wasn't she electrocuted? Why didn't the telephone lines shake? Why didn't the person in the car react? I also like how you pointed out that we should look at who is uploading it, why is some stranger uploading it and not the person who filmed it? More important questions... Who or what is Benny? Is that the cat or bunny? Where is Spartanburg? And where did you get the sceptik hat?

I have to say, for reasons I don't claim to fully understand, I really like the episodes in which Captain Disillusion actually manages to get out of the set during his trademark closer, instead of falling into a chasm or something.
