There were widespread reports that Billy Connolly was going to play Xenophilius Lovegood in Harry Potter but it didn't happen but he did infact play Dain Ironfoot, a great dwarf warrior in The Hobbit ;)

Ah Billy Connolly, top man! The Big Yin has absolutely done comedy a service I think, he's not fussed what people think/political correctness and whatnot. If I'm not mistaken, Billy Connolly was in Harry potter as the headless mans ghost. He's a legend. Billy used to be a rather active comedian on stage but unfortunately he was diagnosed with Parkinson's, and I believe this show is where his movement was slowed down a little. He has done other Stand up shows since then where the condition had worsened even more so, so he wouod do his routine pretty much stood in one spot. Thankfully he is still with us but no longer performs.

Firstly, Billy Connolly does not suffer from stage fright, far from it lol, he is a genuine World Class Comedian that has been going for around 40 years. Also it's Billy not Bill, Bill Connolly sounds strange. You can pick any clip, he is just awesome. If you don't laugh at Billy connolly, you're either dead, in a coma or have neurological issues. Looooooooool xx
