A nice piece of trivia I like about Life of Brian, is the production company that was originally about to finance the film backed out just a few days before filming was due to start. They was worried about the subject matter potentially being too controversial to make money. George Harrison , of The Beatles, heard about it and was a massive fan of Monty Python and ended up setting up a production company and funded the full movies budget of 4 million. So if it wasn't for him the film may not have happened. The Python team even used old props and costumes that an Italian director left behind at the filming location , whilst he made a series about Jesus, to save money

While not exactly movies, but long fun content - All the "Big Fat Quiz of the year/decade/etc." episodes would be fun for reaction. I think all of them are on youtube, you'll see bunch of comedians that you already know from Taskmaster and other British shows and the quiz part gives a space for reactions.

This was great! In my younger years, I was shown Monty Python and the Holy Grail during a slow afternoon in Grade 10 English. I remember immediately looking for more Monty Python stuff, then finding Life of Brian and trying to watch that with friends or with my Dad, but nobody really enjoyed it besides me. It was plain to see they weren't "getting it" and that makes it less enjoyable for me too., Better to go find something we'll both enjoy in that situation. Anyway, with this reaction from you, I'm finally able to watch Life of Brian "with" someone, WHO IS ACTUALLY LAUGHING! Thank you, Mandy!

This movie has been one of those things for me as well that I just for some reason hadn’t watched in full but thinking of doing for many years. Did you deliver? Yes! You did! Haha. And.. The copyright issues aren't on Patreon. I record with OBS and some things just come out as a black screen because they are protected. For example I can't film the majority of things on Netflix. 🤷🏻‍♀️
