Actually to be fair, the generation this show depicts was pretty depraved, the 90's in the UK were pretty messy, lots of alcohol, drugs and promiscuity, and Peep Show was born out of that generation, I have nephews and nieces now in their 20's, going to University and such and they're so much better behaved, and more sensible these days on the whole too, which is probably a good thing!

That is the guy from Numberwang. His character, like the rest of the show, gets a lot funnier, but to be honest the cringe factor goes up too. About people driving on their phone, that is really frowned upon here and is totally illegal EDIT: Just watched until the end, I think you might struggle with a lot of British comedy if you can't handle adult humour. As someone else suggested you might prefer The IT Crowd which is closer I guess to an American sitcom
