Man Down is a great/crazy show made by Greg. It's also got Roisin Connaty, Mike Wosniak(who is in, I think, season 5? of Taskmaster) and the late, great Rik Mayal (who plays Greg's complete nutter of a father). It also has the single best opening theme sequence thing ever! Maybe worth at look at in future.

I wasnt a fan of the collecting tear drops task in the first series either but this was much worse. I'm not sure I will be able to watch Cliff Richards' poo in a biscuit tin task again when MCLane gets to it. It's the worst one yet.

There we go, now I can watch them with you, in order. I don't have a clue why I should put any importance on that, personally, since I've seen all the series' of Taskmaster many times each, and had nothing to be "spoiled" or anything. But of course, watching along with someone like you, who is new to Taskmaster, and who is clearly enjoying the show, the "shared experience" of that is more compelling to me than just watching the episode on its own. Far more compelling. Anyway, down here under that wall of text I'll just say I'm still loving all the stories you tell during a pause. If I wanted to watch the show without interruption for your commentary, I could just do that. Anyone could just do that. So keep the pauses for random thoughts and stories coming!

"The last rolo" Firstly, rolos are delicious, they are chocolatey caramel weird come shaped candies, and the advertising campaign used to be that you would give the last rolo to someone special with a caption along the lines of "do you love anyone enough to give them your last rolo" So Al giving Greg a box full of last rolos was him being a kiss ass, essentially lol

I think it’s so funny how ruthless / critical you are of literally every task. Mostly the contestants are doing a ton of tasks in a row so your brain gets scrambled after a few / you’re still thinking of the right way you could have done 3 tasks before thanks for the double drop :)

Aww you didn't need to worry about this and risk being late for work Mandy. Especially something like Taskmaster which is very episodic. Not that i mind a double post heh
